Subscription Plans

1. Subscription Details

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

• Payments must be made in advance for services to be rendered.

• Long-term subscription discounts require full prepayment for the selected term (3, 6, or 12 months).

• Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days prior for monthly subscribers or 1 month prior annual subscribers, to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

 

 

 

2. Membership Freeze Option

• Subscribers can pause their membership once per year for up to 60 days.

• A minimum 14-day notice is required before pausing.

• During the freeze period, no services will be provided, and billing will be suspended.

• The subscription will automatically resume after the freeze period ends.

 

3. Customer Loyalty Perks

• Subscribers who maintain an active membership for 6+ months receive:

One Free Interior Refine Detail ($250-$350)

• Subscribers who maintain an active membership for 12+ months receive:

One Free Refine Package($350-$500)

4. Service Usage

• Weekly washes and deep cleans are available by appointment only.

• Missed or unused services do not roll over to the next month.

• Customers must schedule services at least 24 hours in advance.

• Booking cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that service.

5. Service Limitations

• Services apply to standard passenger vehicles (sedans, SUVs, and trucks).

• Oversized vehicles or extreme dirt conditions will incur additional charges.

• Deep cleans do not include paint correction or full ceramic coating (available as add-ons).

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with 14 days notice before renewal.

• Annual subscriptions can be canceled anytime with 1 month notice before renewal.

• Refunds are not provided for partially used subscriptions.

• Long-term prepaid plans are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

7. Liability & Warranty

• R Auto Group is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

• Customers must notify staff of any special concerns before service.

• We strive for customer satisfaction, but results vary based on vehicle condition.
